Physicians,
APNs, & Staff
 We
at the Donald W. Reynolds Senior Health Center believe in
a team approach to your healthcare. As part of that concept
you will be a part of the team of professionals focused on
health maintenance and wellness. Your doctor and advanced
practice nurse (APN) will follow your healthcare program.
Since some visits will be with your doctor and others will
be with your APN, your APN will coordinate your healthcare.
Although your APN and doctor will alternate visits, your doctor
will be responsible for your medical care. You and your family
are an integral part of the decision making about your healthcare.
The social worker is an integral part of the team and will
assist you, your nurse team, and your doctor to identify how
you wish your care to be delivered. Our dietician will address
any nutritional issues concerning your care. Our pharmacist,
neuropsychologist, psychiatrist, and rehabilitation specialist
will participate as members of your team as needed.
We believe the team approach is superior in the care and
treatment of older adults. We look forward to designing a
treatment plan compatible with your needs that will most effectively
address your healthcare issues.
