
Many program graduates have expressed an interest in continued support for the mindfulness practices they have learned in the MBSR course. Whether you have developed a strong daily practice or have never quite been able to get your practice up and running, we invite you to join us for this four month period to refresh, strengthen and deepen your learning and your commitment to living mindfully.
The class will focus on the techniques learned in the MBSR course: body scan, mindful yoga, sitting meditation, walking meditation. Formal practice will be from 6:00 to 7:15 PM. There will be a 15 minute break from 7:15 – 7:30 PM with light refreshments and from 7:30 – 8:00 we will explore new approaches for bringing mindfulness to everyday living.
Commitment: Come and be present!
Program Cost: $25 per class, $45 for 2 classes, or $85 for all 4 classes (Partial scholarships are available for anyone needing one.)
